We are very fortunate to have both a young and seasoned ministry team serving along with my wife and me. They serve our congregation and those beyond our doors through prayer, teaching, preaching, baptism, men’s fellowship, music, youth outreach, ladies fellowship, children’s outreach, hospital visitation, and Hispanic community outreach. Truth Tabernacle was founded in 1950 with humble beginnings in home prayer meetings lead by my father, V. N. Hidlebaugh. The church soon moved into a building on Minnesota Street, and then into the present location in 1970. My wife and I became active in ministry in 1980 and were inducted as Pastors on New Year’s Eve 1984. God called us over 30 years ago to the Middletown community, and we continue to follow His will as He leads us.

Pastor Daniel and Angela Hidlebaugh

Note: In addition to serving Truth Tabernacle, Daniel Hidlebaugh is currently a Chaplain with the City of Middletown Police and serves as Ohio UPCI Spanish Director. His past appointed positions in the Ohio District have been Section Six Youth Pastor, Section Six Presbyter, and Ohio District Foreign Missions Director. Rev. and Sis. Hidlebaugh are proud parents to a son and daughter and grandparents to two grandchildren.
